A top American general recently endorsed a US intelligence
assessment that the next 9/11-type attack on the US soil would
come from Al Qaeda bases in Pakistan’s
tribal region
He seems to
reecho the apprehensions I expressed in my message of
April/May 2005:
Is ‘OBL’ being
saved for another time, another place? Maybe 5-10-20 years
from now!
Is Pakistan setting itself up to be this another time, another
place?
Time clock to fix the problems and avoid this scenario is now
ticking.
