Washington, DC: The 20th Annual Conference of the Association of Pakistani Scientists and Engineers of North America (APSENA) concluded in Albany, New York State, Saturday August 23 evening with a resolve by the participants to play their due role in the development of Pakistan. Mr. Pervaiz Lodhie, a technology pioneer in Light Emitting Diode packaging and LED lights bulbs, was the evening’s keynote speaker.
